Reproreflexology

I have just completed my training in Reproreflexology with Barbara Scott of Seren Natural Fertility. This is a method of reflexology which she has developed and which is considered to be by one of the UKs leading experts in working with couples who have fertility problems.

The first part, covering Preconceptual Care, is aimed at couples who for whatever reason are having difficulties in conceiving. During the preconceptual care phase of Reproreflexology the aim is to correct any hormonal imbalances, improve physical conditions, manage stress levels and correct any cycle irregularities.

The second part of Reproreflexology covered Assisted Conception (IVF/IUI) and is aimed at women or couples who are thinking of undertaking assisted conception such as IVF/IUI. A treatment plan will be worked out to work alongside IVF/IUI cycles. This approach can be extremely effective and reflexology can play a significant role in improving efficacy, reducing levels of stress and managing side effects.
