I provide a range of complementary treatments covering Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reproreflexology™ and Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles) and have over ten years experience working in this field.

I provide my services from a purpose-designed treatment room at my home in Nottingham and, for clients with special circumstances, I will also carry out home visits. I also offer ‘in-business’ sessions where I take my skills to a company’s offices.

The Treatments pages describe the scope of treatments I offer covering Reflexology, Reproreflexology™, Aromatherapy and Hopi Ear-Candles. In addition, I provide a wide range of standard and purpose-made Essential Oils and "Lotions & Potions" for home and personal use.

Background information on essential oils can be found in the Information Sheets and Newsletters, which I publish from time-to-time, and through the external links which I have summarised. As part of my wish to broaden the knowledge of complementary treatments I give talks and demonstrations to a range of voluntary and professional groups
